Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

United Kingdom

We offer the following delivery options within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery: £4.99 (estimated 3–5 business days)
  • Express Delivery: £6.99 (estimated 1–2 business days)

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

European Union

We ship throughout the European Union.

  • Standard International Delivery: £14.99
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide using trusted international carriers, including DHL Express and FedEx.

Shipping costs for international orders are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping service.
Estimated delivery times will also be displayed during checkout.

Duties & Taxes

Where available, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout through our shipping partners to help avoid unexpected charges on delivery.

If duties and taxes cannot be collected in advance for your destination, you may be responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import charges required by your local authorities.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address.
